Duration and Structure
The first two days of this class is an intensive version of Leading SAFe. The goal is to prepare certified SAFe Program Consultants (SPCs) to teach the course and act as a certifying agent for SAFe Agilists (SAs). You will also gain the knowledge necessary to lead an enterprise agile transformation by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework and its underlying principles of lean thinking and product development flow. You will leave with an understanding of how the principles and practices of the framework support Agile Teams, Agile Programs, Agile Program Portfolio Management and Agile Architecture.
In the second two days, you will gain the knowledge needed to identify, plan, and implement SAFe programs with Agile Release Trains. Further, you’ll have the briefings, artifacts and templates you need to identify the value streams, prepare the organization, launch agile programs, plan and execute the major events, and implement effective processes and measures for continuous program improvement.
Upon successful completion of this training class,delegates will be eligible to take the online Scaled Agile Academy SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) exam.
The exam is a complex multiple choice exam and approximately 120 minutes in duration.
The exam window is just 10 days, immediately post course, and therefore time should be set aside for this.

Our cancellation policy:
The seminar participation can be canceled at any time prior to the event. The cancellation statement must be in writing. If you cancel your booking up to 30 calendar days prior to the event, we charge a processing fee of € 100 net.
In case of cancellation up to two weeks prior to the event, a handling fee amounting to 50% of the agreed fee will be charged. No-shows the full amount will be charged.
Applicant is at liberty to prove that the KEGON AG arising from the cancellation expenses lower than the agreed processing fee; in this case, the lower handling fee is to be set. The substitutions of participants at any time is possible, but the KEGON AG must be notified in writing. Cancellation of the training by the organizer at any time, for example, effected by the disease seminar leader or speakers, in case of low number of participants or for other important reasons. Already paid fees will be refunded.
