IT Support Engineer (W/M/D) with Salesforce Development Know How

As an IT Support Engineer (W/M/D) with Salesforce Development Know-How
you will take on the technical responsibility for our sales / project and academy platform based on Salesforce and support the administration of our IT applications. This includes the following main tasks:
You continuously develop our sales / project and academy platform together with our Salesforce service provider.
As Salesforce PO you define internal KEGON requirements and support the formulation of requirements, design, documentation, testing and development of new features for the further development of our own Salesforce implementation.
You create and maintain reports in Salesforce
You will be responsible for the technical maintenance and implementation of interfaces to partner systems.
You will be responsible for the technical support of internal projects and the independent implementation of small projects as well as the coordination of our external service providers on site.
You will be responsible for Salesforce and IT training for our KEGON employees.
You provide support for our employees
A degree in (business) informatics or comparable vocational training in an IT profession with relevant work experience or demonstrably comparable knowledge
Very good knowledge in the configuration and development of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (Pardot) as well as experience with Salesforce interfaces and integrations
Knowledge of the Salesforce billing software JustOn
Git, CI/CD and code editor skills
Knowledge of configuration and administration of Atlassian products JIRA and Confluence
Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues
Analytical business process development skills and problem solving skills
Confident communication in German and English as well as agile working style and ability to work in a team. You don't mind working independently, but are a team player
Conceptual way of thinking and acting paired with a "hands-on" mentality
Curiosity in search of change to improve the status quo
Experience in dealing with external service providers
