As a Salesforce Admin / Engineer (W/M/D)
you will take on the technical responsibility for our sales / project and academy platform based on Salesforce and support the administration of our IT applications. This includes the following main tasks:
You are responsible for the administration of applications, functions and user authorisations.
Within the DevOps activities you ensure a continuous improvement of the application management (improvement of analysis possibilities, scripts, monitoring, etc.) by troubleshooting and improvement of already existing code and develop our platform continuously together with our Salesforce service provider.
You are responsible for the configuration of interfaces to other systems.
You create and maintain reports in Salesforce and support our employees in the optimal use of the reports.
You will be responsible for Salesforce and IT training for our KEGON employees.
You provide support for our employees
A degree in (business) informatics or comparable vocational training in an IT profession with relevant work experience or demonstrably comparable knowledge
You already have experience as a Salesforce administrator and/or consultant
Experience in the configuration and development of the Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud (Pardot) as well as experience with Salesforce interfaces and integrations
Knowledge of the Salesforce billing software JustOn
Git, CI/CD and code editor skills
Knowledge of configuration and administration of Atlassian products JIRA and Confluence
Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues
Analytical business process development skills and problem solving skills
Confident communication in German and English as well as agile working style and ability to work in a team. You don't mind working independently but are a team player
Conceptual way of thinking and acting paired with a "hands-on" mentality
Curiosity in search of change to improve the status quo
Experience in dealing with external service providers
