Curriculum Vitae

Klaus Fricke is a graduate economist and data processing specialist. He has worked as an application developer, database administrator, architect and project manager for various application companies and consulting firms. From 1998 to 2001 he participated in the development of an IT consulting company, most recently responsible for software engineering and architecture. Klaus is a certified Business Coach and Program Consultant for the Scaled Agile Framework (SPC). The main focus of his professional activity is the consulting support of IT organizations in the transition to lean agile organizations. As an agile coach, he passes on his experience in the form of publications, seminars and workshops.
