Vita
Svenja Suhre studied history and sociology with a focus on the Middle East in Mainz, Erfurt and Beirut. Already during her studies, she completed an in-depth coaching training and supplemented this with training as an intercultural business trainer and facilitator after graduation. In her self-employment, Svenja accompanied major transformation processes in non-profit companies as an organisational developer and coach. In doing so, she never loses sight of the overall picture of the organisation, the people and cultures that need to be taken along in the change. In order to be able to advise even more holistically in the agile context, she has expanded her toolbox with a successful certification as a SAFe® Practice Consultant.
