    Professional product management goes far beyond the creation of requirements. The role of the Product Owner as a businessman in the Scrum Team therefore deserves special attention. Today, software in companies is not only a cost-intensive service, but also a strategic component that drives business success. A certified  Product Owner is aware of his responsibility for the overall success of a software product and confidently fills it in.

    The Professional Scrum Product Owner course aims to develop and consolidate this understanding. Starting with Stakeholder Management, up to Release Planning in Scrum as well as Release and Delivery. After this Scrum course the participants will be able to implement the topics covered in the course in their daily work. All modules are supplemented by practical exercises. This Scrum Product Owner seminar has absolute workshop character. You will learn through practical exercises how to see the role of the Scrum Product Owner in the Scrum environment together with his rights and duties. You will know how to work with the other Scrum roles, such as Scrum Master and Scrum Development Team, as well as with customers and clients. You will learn how to optimally perform the role of Scrum Product Owner in order to achieve the highest "Return on Invest" and thus the highest customer satisfaction and added value. This includes creating a product vision, evaluating and prioritizing key requirements, organizing and maintaining product backlogs, and refining requirements in dealing with user stories. You will learn how to shape the typical Scrum quality mechanisms such as Definition of Done and Definition of Ready as Scrum Product Owner. You will also learn how to deal with realistic release plans and how to fulfill the role of the Scrum Product Owner in large Scrum projects with several teams.

    Following this Scrum Product Owner training the participants have the necessary information to complete the examination of the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Product Owner I certificate. The Scrum Certification exam is in English and the fees for the PSPO I are already included in the course price (for the PSPO II you get a 40% discount on the current list price of the PSPO II Assessment Voucher). The Scrum exam can be taken online at any time after the end of the course. As this Scrum training is an official Scrum.org training and Scrum.org lives the principle of fast feedback cycles as well as "Inspect and Adapt", all participants receive an official Scrum.org trainings the following possibility: If you as a participant carry out the Scrum Product Owner Certification Assessment (PSPO I) within 14 days after the end of the seminar and reach less than 85% (i.e. have not passed the exam), you get the possibility to carry out the exam again free of charge. The price for the certification is included in the training fees.
