Andreas Becker studied computer science and industrial engineering and supports organizations as a trainer and coach in the agile transition and introduction of Scrum, Kanban, Large Scaled Scrum and the Scaled Agile Framework - or an individual agile process in the sense of the Agile Manifesto. His career has taken him from software quality management through classical requirements engineering to agile-scaled product and organizational development. In addition to his many years as a consultant, freelance coach and university lecturer, he has contributed his experience to numerous lectures and workshops at conferences.
