Removing obstacles, getting things rolling, moving mountains together and rock projects: Christoph Mair is an agile coach and consultant who accompanies companies on their way to project success. He builds on a wealth of experience of more than 15 years in classical and agile project management in banks and insurance companies, mechanical engineering and medical technology. He is particularly interested in agile scaling and agile hardware and system development.
