Mr. Sebastian Friedsam is SAFe Program Consultant and has been working in the IT industry for 15 years. He is a certified Scrum Master and SPC 4.0, an agile coach and trainer who supports IT organizations in introducing new agile software development methods. His focus is on Scrum, scaling of Scrum (e.g. SAFe and LeSS), Lean Software Development, Kanban, introduction of agile methods/frameworks and assumption of roles in the Scrum environment, e.g. as Scrum Master and Product Owner.
