From March 23 to 27, 2026, the SAFe & AI Summit 2026 will take place at the historic Beurs van Berlage. Once again this year, KEGON will be represented as a sponsor and active contributor. The summit's theme is “AI-empowered. Agility-led.” and it will address one of the central questions of modern corporate management: How can business agility, artificial intelligence, and measurable corporate success be effectively combined?
AI-Native with Passion. Transforming Organizations in the Age of AI.
KEGON will be present at the event with its own booth under this motto. The focus is on a value-oriented transformation approach: Many companies build AI solutions. At KEGON, we build organizations that use AI in a meaningful way.
For us, AI is not an isolated technology project or a field of experimentation, but a strategic value driver. We support organizations in systematically and sustainably anchoring artificial intelligence in the SAFe portfolio – with clear governance, a resilient compliance structure, and measurable business impact.
In doing so, we combine strategic organizational development with technological implementation expertise. Through partnerships with leading technology providers and implementation experts, we deliver holistic transformation solutions that address both technical and organizational challenges.
Talk: Business Agility and Compliance in the Age of AI
In the track “Driving Real Outcomes with AI,” Felix Rüssel (KEGON AG) and Peter Pedross (PEDCO AG) will speak on March 24, 3:20-3:55 p.m., on the topic “How to Combine Business Agility and Compliance in the Age of AI.”

The talk will demonstrate in a practical way how regulatory requirements, governance, and business agility do not have to contradict each other—but can be combined into an integrated control model in the context of AI. Further information about the event and the agenda can be found here.
The SAFe & AI Summit 2026 offers a unique platform for exchange, inspiration, and practical insights into the future of modern organizations.
Feel free to contact us! We look forward to many constructive discussions.
