Kanban University

Kanban University

Kanban is a change management method for the organization and administration of professional services. It uses lean concepts to improve process flow while increasing the predictability and reliability of a system. A Kanban system is a means of optimizing workflow and signaling when capacity is available to take on new work. This is called a "pull system". For intangible assets - invisible work of knowledge workers - it is helpful to visualize a Kanban system using a Kanban Board. The board can visualize the work, the workflow, the Kanban system and various business and delivery risks. Kanban facilitates the complex handling of work and enables real control of workload and flow. Kanban University training courses teach the steps to guide you through the Kanban method and model your work with Kanban. More about Kanban University here
