SPCT 5.0 Candidate and Principal Consultant with over 25 years of operational and consulting experience in the software industry, Frédéric is dedicated to Lean-Agile transformations with SAFe since several years.
Frédéric gained his passion for complex cyberphysical products while working with various engineering teams at international companies in the defense, automotive, telecom and transport industries. Since 2005 Frédéric delivers trainings, consulting and coaching to enterprises running large transformation programs, such as BNP Paribas, Allianz, AXA, Thales, Naval Group, Volkswagen, Alcatel, Siemens, Murex...
