Konrad Swistelnicki has been working with large enterprises for over 15 years across Germany, Poland, USA and other countries worldwide. His career trajectory has evolved from a software developer to a well-recognized Agile Coach, Trainer, and Consultant. Currently based in Germany Konrad boasts an excellent track record for leading teams and organizations through evolutionary change toward the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
