Matthias Racke is a Senior Business Agility Advisor, SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC Co-Trainer), and Lean-Agile Coach & Trainer. Since 2011, he has accompanied his clients in implementing Agile and Lean at all levels of the company. His focus is on scaling Lean-Agile in larger organisations, from solution delivery to Lean Portfolio Management. Working with Matthias means working with a consultant, coach and trainer at the same time. As a convinced SPC, he lives Lean-Agile mindset and principles.
