Curriculum Vitae

Matthias Racke is an Advanced SAFe® Practice Consultant (A-SPC), and Lean-Agile Coach & Trainer. Since 2011, he has accompanied his clients in implementing Agile and Lean at all levels of the company. His focus is on scaling Lean-Agile in larger organisations, from solution delivery to Lean Portfolio Management. Working with Matthias means working with a consultant, coach and trainer at the same time. As a convinced SPC, he lives Lean-Agile mindset and principles. Colleagues and clients appreciate his healthy pragmatism, his ability to inspire others and get things done.

Various public and in-house training sessions for different clients, with a primary focus on SAFe®, Scrum, and Agile fundamentals.

Preparation and delivery of standard training courses from Scaled Agile Inc., as well as the design, preparation, and delivery of client-specific training programs as part of several Agile/SAFe transformations.

Automotive – SPC Empowerment for Value Stream Management

  • Clarification of scope and details with the client for both workshops
  • Interactive workshop design, including simulations using PowerPoint and Miro
  • Incorporation of reflective elements at the meta-level to foster a comprehensive understanding and to help participants develop their own approaches for implementation.
  • Conducting both workshops in a full-day remote format.

Municipal IT Service Provider – Agile Transformation

  • Conducting a Tipping Point or SAFe for Executives workshop
  • Teaching the fundamentals of SAFe based on SAFe toolkits (Essential, LPM)
  • Workshops for the transformation kickoff with the management board
  • Conducting a simulation on the design of value streams
  • Workshop on developing the content for a town hall meeting

  • Conducting a Value Stream and ART Identification Workshop for the redesign of the existing ART implementation, followed by support during implementation
