Tools4AgileTeams on 1 and 2 December 2022

The 11th Tools4AgileTeams conference will take place on 1 and 2 December and has meanwhile found a permanent place in the event calendar of the German-speaking agile community. And as in the last few years, KEGON Consutants will be there again with their presentations.

ATTENTION: secure your ticket now - free of charge! Here on the website of our cooperation partner at https://seibert.biz/t4at with the voucher code AGILE-COMMUNITY-22 the basic online ticket is available for free. All further info about Tools4AgileTeams 2022 here.

T4AT offers eight tracks, more than 50 sessions, three keynotes and a four-digit number of participants - and thus promises a vast amount of impulses and networking opportunities. The range of topics is diverse: Agile Teamwork, Agile Leadership, Agile Product Management, Scaling Agile, Modern Workplace, Agile IT Service Management, Culture Lounge and Agile Games are on the agenda.
Keynote speakers will be Mark Cruth (Modern Work expert, coach and evangelist of Atlassian), Dean Leffingwell (developer of SAFe® and one of the leading minds in the field of Lean Agile) and Jurgen Appelo (founder, speaker, author and creative networker).

Mark Cruth will let you in on the secret of how to turn a barely functioning group of people into a team that delivers top results: With his lecture "Interpersonal alchemy and the magic behind high-performing teams" he will give you a little insight into one of THE mysteries of the Middle Ages!
Dean Leffingwell's talk "Achieving Business Agility with SAFe®" explores how successful companies are using SAFe® and business agility value streams to deliver technology-driven business solutions faster than ever before.
Jurgen Appelo will show how to transform a company into an organisation where innovation, customer centricity and fun work go hand in hand in self-organised teams in his keynote "Versatile Organization Design with the unFIX Model".

On-site in Wiesbaden and remote, the Tools4AgileTeams conference starts at 3:00 pm on 1 December and on 2 December Agile enthusiasts start the day already at 9:00 am, the scheduled end is 17:00. On both days there will be keynotes in English, as well as workshops, lectures, interviews, discussion rounds and, last but not least, a colourful supporting programme. Exchange and networking are possible online as well as on site at any time.
