Curriculum Vitae

Caroline Schmidt earned her Master of Science in Finance at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar. She gained her professional experience in an agile environment at a renowned management and strategy consulting firm in Germany, where she also wrote her master’s thesis on “Agile Product Development in the Financial Sector.” At KEGON, she has been supporting various organizations in implementing the Scaled Agile Framework since 2019. She is passionate about personal development and works as a systematic coach, mediator, and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy in her own practice in Cologne. She shares her expertise through training sessions (in-house and public) and seminars, both in-person and online. She gained international experience during various stays abroad in England, Italy, Switzerland, and Tunisia.
