Curriculum Vitae 

Florian has been helping organizations scale agile practices since 2012, focusing on transforming several individual teams into a powerful agile team-of-teams. His passion is to create the right conditions for team-of-teams and to accompany their development. He started his career in software development. Together with his experience as a project manager, this facilitates his access to both development teams and executives.

As an experienced Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC5), Florian has already supported various organizations in successfully and sustainably scaling agile approaches.

Since 2020 Florian is Partner of KEGON AG. Florian is now - since March 2022 - SPCT Candidate.

Consulting and analysis of maintenance and further development for an IT service provider (banking)

  • Analysis of the organization with regard to maintenance and further development of the banking software and development of a goal for the organization according to agile principles.

Project management for an IT service provider in the social security environment

  • Management of a development team (7 developers and 3 testers) within a major project in the social security environment. As the line manager, the main tasks were the planning and coordination of the development activities, evaluation and coordination of change requests as well as the deputy management of the department above.
