Curriculum Vitae
Marc Bauer began his career with an apprenticeship as a communications electronics technician and further training to become a state-certified technician specializing in medical technology. This technical foundation continues to shape his approach to work today: fact-based, analytical, and with a passion for measurement, all aimed at better understanding systems and making targeted improvements.
He gained his professional experience over many years at renowned management and strategy consultancies, where he supported clients from various industries in complex transformation projects.
Today, his focus is on agile organizational development. As a certified trainer (Scrum.org, Kanban University, Scaled Agile, ICAgile), he shares his knowledge through training sessions and workshops and supports companies as an experienced management consultant in the introduction, scaling, and further development of agile structures.
He has a particular passion for Kanban systems and flow metrics: he uses key performance indicators and metrics to create transparency, identify bottlenecks, and sustainably increase organizational performance. In doing so, he combines deep methodological knowledge with a systemic view of organizations and their culture.
