Curriculum Vitae
Ralf Difflipp graduated as an electrical engineer (FH) in Darmstadt. He gained part of his professional experience in renowned consulting companies in Germany.
Coming from classical project management (PMP) in large corporations, Ralf Difflipp recognised the advantages of agile methodologies in 2012 and gained experience as a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) in various roles. His certification as a Scrum@Scale trainer led him to turn to scaling agile teams.
From 2014 onwards, Ralf Difflipp worked as an agile coach and consultant in various business units of a large German telecommunications company, supporting agile transformations in teams, in clusters and at management level. As SPC5, Ralf Difflipp introduced SAFe in a business unit (>10TSD), helped to design and implement the training and further education of employees in new roles, the restructuring of the process organisation (waterfall -> SAFe) and the restructuring of the extension organisation (agile HR).
