Tasks at KEGON
After studying economics, Antje first supported and later managed the marketing of a consulting company. She then worked for 12 years as a consultant and trainer in both organisational development and IT projects.
Antje has been working at KEGON since 2016. Here she successfully built up KEGON's training business - the KEGON Academy - over the course of the first 6 years. Together with KEGON consultants and trainers, she developed the training portfolio for agile transformations and successfully established it on the market. Today, the KEGON Academy is one of the top providers of training for agile methods and SAFe® - the scaling approach to agility.
At the end of 2021, Antje decided to focus more on sales and business development. Since then, she has been the contact person for customers, account managers, consultants and trainers at the same time.
In her free time, Antje likes to go jogging or biking, she is passionate about cooking - especially together with friends and family. She loves good food and ...yes, of course also good wines!
