Curriculum Vitae
Niko Kaintantzis holds a degree in Computer Science from ETH Zurich, is a certified systemic coach and organizational consultant, and serves as a SAFe Practice Consultant and Trusted Advisor.
During and after his studies, he worked with international teams on the development and design of business-critical Java Enterprise applications. He has trained course participants in requirements engineering and usability techniques. He is certified by the Swiss Federation for Adult Learning (SVEB) to conduct training sessions with adults.
In 2006, Niko played a leading role in implementing Scrum and Kanban for Swiss clients. Due to his many years of experience in the design and development of complex software solutions with multiple distributed teams, he engaged with scaling issues early on and was one of the first SAFe experts and LeSS Executives in Switzerland. Since 2019, he has also been an SPCT and is now a SAFe Fellow, training other SAFe trainers.
In January 2018, he received his certification as a Systemic Coach and has been conducting leadership coaching sessions ever since. He furthered his education and graduated in January 2020 with a diploma recognized by the Swiss Professional Association for Supervision and Organizational Consulting (BSO) as a Systemic Coach and Organizational Consultant.
Since 2023, he has been an official SAFe Contributor at the portfolio level, a top-rated speaker at international SAFe Summits, and holds webinars for Scaled Agile Inc. (SAI). Since 2024, he has also been an official Flight Levels Coach (FLC) and an official AI-Native trainer since 2025.
