The challenges of an RTE in the company
The SAFe® RTE training is for participants who already have experience in the SAFe® context and have led at least one ART and accompanied a PI planning. The RTE training provides a deeper understanding of the role and task of the Release Train Engineer (RTE) within a SAFe organization.
But what else does the RTE need in addition to be a leader and coach to set up and manage high performing ARTs and execute successful PI-Plannings. Based on the many years of experience of our trainers, who also support RTEs in coaching and consulting contexts, we have developed the following two-hour trainings.
Our Spotlights for RTEs
