Curriculum Vitae

Csaba Eisenbacher (born in 1983) studied computer science in Budapest and co-founded his first IT start-up 2003 where he took responsibility for customer acquisition and general project management. A few years later he joins Europe’s largest ICT outsourcing provider where he gained 15+ years of professional and leadership experience in enterprise cyber security management and large-scale IT solution delivery.
During his journey Csaba discovered the advantages of lean-agile thinking and started to model the mindset and implement practices in a mostly non-agile environment. After Csaba’s efforts were proven successful he was first supporting a lean-agile transformation of a smaller unit then he was selected as one of the founders of the Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) of a global ICT company.

Since December 2020 Csaba Eisenbacher is certified SAFe Practice Consultant. Since 2022 independent management consultant and co-founder/CEO of KEGON Hungary. He has a track record of 40+ Trainings with about 850 participants. In addition, he already actively supported about 15 ART launches as SPC, conducted several value stream analysis and ART readiness workshops and facilitated a few PI plannings.
Csaba is very active in local Hungarian agile communities and he is also voluntarily coaching newcomers to agile and small organisations in his spare time.
