Dr. Michael Diefenbach is a graduate engineer and information scientist. After studying information science, he earned his doctorate at the University of Giessen at the Institute for Medical Informatics. After his doctorate he worked in various companies as a technology consultant and management consultant. His main areas of activity are the analysis of complex facts and the conceptual processing of strategic questions up to the development of IT architectures and IT strategies. In addition, he has extensive experience in the management of IT projects in difficult project contexts and in temporary management. Michael is SAFe® Program Consultant SPC4.
