Curriculum Vitae

Reiner Kuhn holds a degree in economics and has been working in the IT industry since 1981. His professional career led him via several consulting firms to the plenum Group, where he shaped the development of the company as Management Partner and Managing Director for more than 10 years. As a co-founder, he has been a partner of KEGON AG since the beginning of 2002.

His professional activities in recent years have focused on the management of Agile software organizations, Agile transformations in large organizations and IT projects (introduction, product ownership, coaching) as well as the optimization of IT organizations for large companies. In addition, Reiner Kuhn has many years of experience in the management of classic development and IT infrastructure projects. Within the scope of these activities, he was able to successfully apply his technical expertise in the design of complex application and system architectures, among other things.
