Jörg Jungermann supports people, teams and organisations on their way to an agile transformation. As an agile coach, consultant and trainer, he is guided by agile values and principles and works pragmatically and solution-focused. His main activities are the introduction and application of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) on team and organizational level. He benefits from his experience in systemic coaching, software development, requirements engineering and IT project management.  In addition to his consulting activities, he also conducts seminars, workshops and training courses in these areas:  Agile/Lean, User Stories, Scrum, Kanban, agile Requirements Engineering (CARS).
