Jörg supports individuals, teams, and organizations on their journey toward agile transformation. As an Agile Coach, Consultant, and Trainer, he adheres to agile values and principles and takes a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.

With deep expertise in business agility and Lean-Agile leadership, he helps companies successfully establish agility at every level of the organization.

As a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), he brings comprehensive practical and methodological knowledge to guide and empower both organizations and teams in their transition to a Lean-Agile mindset.

He draws on his experience in systemic coaching, software development, systems and requirements engineering, and IT project management.

In addition to his work as an Agile Coach, he leads seminars, workshops, and training sessions in the areas of Agile/Lean, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Requirements Engineering (CARS).
