    I started my studies with the Hessian police in 2008 and since then I have been part of one of the most important professions for me, that of a police officer. During my parental leave, I thought a lot about the fact that it must be possible to fulfil myself professionally despite raising children and came across an unusual solution, the change to a management consultancy! The open attitude towards new technical possibilities and the willingness to go other ways now make it possible for me to work from home and to pick up my children from daycare in time. Nevertheless, I have the feeling that I can contribute, advance topics and give new impulses.
