Curriculum Vitae

Daniel Frey worked in software and hardware development for over 20 years after completing his dissertation at ETH Zurich and supported teams early on to shed unnecessary ballast and develop further. Since then, his horizon of experience has broadened and today, through many years of work as a coach, consultant and trainer for Agile, Lean and Teal in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, trainer, he brings with him a strong understanding of how to simplify over-complex structures, situations, processes and communication channels that are also in demand in larger development organisations. From team agility to business agility, his precise discernment can support the collaboration of stakeholders, decision makers and development teams in such a way that, by creating transparency, they recognise earlier and earlier how they can further increase the benefits and bring in their personal motivation more and more effectively.
Working with partners and CEOs has taught him to place enriching ideas in a way that ensures support from leadership and gives those involved a chance to increase their business value while continuing to develop personal identification with the work. He is accustomed to acting independently, flexibly and responsibly in the context and his suggestions often easily achieve the desired effect. Daniel Frey is SAFe Practice Consultant SPC5.
