After his dissertation at ETH Zurich, Daniel Frey worked for more than 20 years in software and hardware development and supported teams early on to discard unnecessary baggage and evolve further. Since then, his experience has broadened and today, through his many years as an Agile, Lean and Teal Transformation Agent in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner and Trainer, he has a strong understanding of how to simplify overly complex structures, situations, processes and communication channels, which are also in demand in larger development organizations. From team agility to business agility, his precise discrimination enables him to support the cooperation of stakeholders, decision-makers and development teams in such a way that, through the creation of transparency, they can always recognize at an early stage how they can further increase the benefits and bring in their personal motivation more and more effectively.
Working with partners and CEOs has taught him to place enriching ideas in a way that ensures management support and gives those involved a chance to increase their business value while further developing personal identification with their work. He is used to acting independently, flexibly and responsibly in the context and his suggestions often easily achieve the desired effect.
